Furthermore, the inner sleeve features in-depth liner notes from Tim Lawrence, author of Arthur Russell biography Hold On To Your Dreams, which expounds on the influence of “Weekend” and places “Heartbreak” in its greater cultural context. Flipside “6000 Ft” is spawned from the same DNA as its counterpart, leaning into the more tender aspects.
