Philippines-born, LA-based 24-year old songwriter Michael Seyer comes through on the promise of his cozy self-released projects in recent years with this official mini LP. Taking inspiration from Japanese city pop, Brazilian boogie and songs his parents sang karaoke to (for real), Seyer keeps it infinitely laidback and chill but the songs beam through in sparkling high quality.
