"Bradock is dead, long live the Baby Craddock." The elusive French producer is back, and his latest project consists of 6 trippy offerings engineered to engulf your senses. From the muffled tropical drums and acid pokes of "Yazuke" to the mutant disco choppings of "Grodno," the veteran does not hold back on his far-out approach to dance music, and the a-side ends with the beatless curveball that is "Sainte-Maure." "Underground Monongahela" offers another thrilling look at how far disco can be manipulated in the hands of Bradock, and "Boom Boom Crash" is an urgent, organ-driven techno workout brimming with raw energy. Closing out the 12" is the ambient "1755," a psychedelic, drumless trip for the mind. Limited, numbered edition of 3500.
