The PLX-500 featuresĀ a high-torque, direct drive motor that is suitable for DJ's that want to mix and scratch, as well as vinyl lovers that just want to listen to records. Ā In addition to the familiar layout,Ā DJ's will appreciate the theĀ Ā±8% pitch control (for mixing and tempo matching) as well as the insulated S-shaped tonearm that is designed to minimize tracking errors. AĀ USB connection is included for easyĀ digital recording of your vinyl collection and the included dust cover features a unique built-in sleeve stand that allows you to display the record's cover art.Ā TheĀ PLX-500 comes complete with slipmat, 45 adapter, necessary cables, and pre-mounted cartridge so you can start listening right out of the box.Ā
